Working with a number of partner venues - Chigwell Golf Club, West Essex Golf Club and the Woodford Wells Club - I have organised several client nights and showcase events for Abbotts Travel.
For each event, I approach a specific supplier or a group of suppliers with a proposal to create an event.
A budget and date is agreed and then I work with the venue to design and host the event.
I project manage every detail from the schedule creation to the delivery of the event including invitations, rsvps, guest list, speakers, presentations, marketing, music, décor, refreshments, prize draw, introductions and hosting on the day, event schedule and personalised follow-ups to the guests that attend.
