Danny Sperling invited to speak at Holidaysplease annual conference

I was recently approached by Richard Dixon, co-founder of the award-winning luxury travel company, Holidaysplease, to speak at the company's annual conference in Stratford upon Avon.

I was asked to address their nationwide team of homeworking travel consultants, focusing specifically on local marketing and business development initiatives, as well as event management.

My presentation took place on the second morning of the conference to a crowded room of over 60 of the Holidaysplease homeworking team, as well as company associates and head office staff.

After introducing myself and my background, I focused on several of the successful initiatives that I had helped to implement at Abbotts Travel, providing examples and illustrations.

After the presentation, co-owners Richard Dixon and Charles Duncombe conducted a Q&A session with myself and the audience.

In the afternoon, I had the pleasure of talking with several of the Holidaysplease travel experts on a one-to-one basis, including standing in for a delayed exhibitor at their 'Meet The Suppliers' session and conducting a couple of small group sessions to talk through specific areas of interest to them and advise from my experience.
